‘Italy,1955. In the sunny Italian port of Messina, Its governor Leonato welcomes the returning Don Pedro and his soldiers, including his rebellious bastard brother Don Juan.

Leonato’s niece, Beatrice is in a constant war of words with the soldierly Benedick. His friend Claudio falls for Leonato’s daughter Hero.

Much Ado About Nothing is a play about deception, misunderstandings and gossip , rumour or ‘notings’. Its a place where, what people say and what they do are not necessarily the same thing.

Come enjoy this most unusual of plays. Where a light hearted romp meets a dark exploration of human motivations and the ability to believe the worst in those we love the most. ‘
